PERSONAL TRAINING AT ITS BEST

Small Group PT will not only enhance your training but also provide you with a more well-rounded experience. By dedicating focused time to specific aspects of your well-being, you will experience progress like never before.

It is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of working with a personal trainer but with the bonus of camaraderie and community.

With group sizes of four or less, Small Group PT enables our coaches to build a connection with each individual whilst giving proper attention to each person's form and movement.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

PERSONAL COACH

You will be assigned a coach that will look after all aspects of your health and wellness. They will give you that much needed accountability, regularly help to set goals, and assessments when needed to make sure that you are achieving the goals set.

ADVANCED PROGRAMMING

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are built around a functional training programme that can be tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals ensuring that you get the most out of every session. You will move better, get stronger and feel healthier.

STRESS-FREE BOOKING

Personal training sessions are booked via our app, Catalyst Connect. This gives you the freedom to book sessions that work within your weekly schedule, giving you plenty of flexibility.
 

VARIETY OF TRAINING OPTIONS

As part of the Small Group Personal Training package, you will gain access, to personal training sessions, large group training, and open gym facilities. Your coach will help you to create a weekly schedule that works for you and is specific to the goals you would like to achieve.
