Our Group Training timetable has been designed to enable you to build a training program that is suited to you and your specific goals.
STRENGTH
Our main strength sessions LIFT Squats, LIFT Deadlift and Olympic Lifting

LIFT is accessible to people of all levels of ability. Our team of highly qualified Strength and Conditioning coaches will coach you through the fundamental movements of the programme to ensure you move efficiently and progress correctly week on week to maximise your strength.ngth.

Olympic Lifting is great for those looking to learn new skills and can increase power which is beneficial for other sports.
Our coaches will breakdown the movement patterns, help improve your mobility required for each lift and increase the strength needed to give you the ability to lift with consistency and confidence.

Strength underpins everything we do in life. Our Strength focussed sessions will get stronger, improve your weaknesses, and help you move better.
CONDITIONING
There are 3 conditioning sessions to choose from…Metcon, Functional Fitness and Engine.
​
Metcon is a mixed modality session bringing together new gym-based skills, strength, and conditioning.
​
Functional Fitness ticks all the boxes with elements of strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Engine is designed to help improve your aerobic capacity, enabling you to perform better, for longer, throughout all your workouts.
